459. A Gift Unexpected: I've always been a blessed woman. But the blessing I live in now has been so unexpected. I really am blessed. (wonder how many more times I can use the word blessed??) :)

A Gift Picked Up, Put Away, Put Back
456. A Gift Picked Up: We have had grands here for a few days. I've been picking up books, flip flops, dirty clothes, the throw on the couch and - and - lot's of other things AND I have loved every minute of it!! (almost)

3 Gifts Curled
453. I am so thankful for the memories I have of having my own beauty shop and spending time with the ladies that came weekly for a shampoo and set! These are the ladies that my foundation of womanhood came from!!!
454. I have not always been thankful, but am trying to learn to appreciate my curly hair... That is often a big pain to me.
455. Went to a wedding a few weeks ago, and I love the curly ribbon for bows for gifts. Makes them so festive and I am so excited for this young couple just beginning their lives together!

3 Gifts Smelled
450. I had 2 grandboys in the basement for 10 days. - They did come up for food and other things but that was where they slept, played games, watched tv, etc. May I say, 2 teen age boys have a smell all their own.... But I am so thankful for them!!!
451. I love to cook so I love to smell cooking! I remember my Grandma Elsie had lost her sense of smell and I always felt bad that she couldn't enjoy some of the "smells" that I enjoyed. I'm so thankful that I have the ability to smell!
452. Lavender. I love the relaxing smell of lavender.
3 Gifts Found in My Mother
447. Anyone that has read the story of my Mother - found H.E.R.E. knows the true gift of my mom's life. And her life is a gift.
448. My mom has a gift of friendliness. I didn't always see it as a gift. When I was younger I was embarrassed by her starting a conversation with everyone. But now that I'm older, I see a Jesus attitude in her friendliness.
449. My mom always says what she thinks. I don't know that I've ever heard her lie to make someone feel better. Sometimes what she says may seem inappropriate - but I promise you, it's not a lie!

A Gift of Life, Growth, Decline
445. A Gift of Life: My friend Willa has a beautiful new granddaughter. She is one week old. Babies convince me God continues to love his creation, no matter what kind of a mess we make of it. He is still in control and He loves these babies - from conception to death. - or as a famous line says - from infinity and beyond!!! #fact
446. A Gift of Growth: with all the rain we have had the last few weeks - the growth we see outside is amazing!! Can't keep up with the lawn mowing and so very very thankful the drought is over.
447. A Gift of Decline: My parents are a great gift to me and to my brother. Watching their health decline has been a hard gift - but so thankful we are both able to spend time with them.
3 Gifts Full
441. My heart is full of love for my husband, my children, for my grands. I love the line from the movie "Hope Floats" "My cup runneth over." This is the way I feel.
442. We get fuel points for the groceries we buy at Dillons. When they give double fuel points we get excited!! Last week we filled up 2 gasoline tanks for $2.80 per gallon!! That's a "full gift" that is exciting!!

3 Gifts in Jars
435. Randy's favorite - every time we go someplace and see Blackberry jam or jelly we get it for Randy.
436. My favorite candles.
437. My favorite body butter is Peach. (can you tell I'm partial to peach?) And I usually have Bath and Body Works in a larger "jar" but am out so I am making do with this!
